The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announces its new Academy Foundation Board members and officers for 2025-2026. The Foundation oversees the Academy’s educational, preservation, and cultural programs. These include the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, Margaret Herrick Library, Film Archive, Collection, and talent development initiatives.

The Foundation Board consists of 12 trustees, all serving also on the Academy’s Board of Governors. Kim Taylor-Coleman, a veteran casting director, is elected president for the 2025-2026 term.

Other board officers include:

  • Brooke Breton (Visual Effects Branch), Vice President
  • Simon Kilmurry (Documentary Branch), Treasurer
  • Isis Mussenden (Costume Designers Branch), Vice President
  • Marlon West (Animation Branch), Secretary

Additional board members are:

  • Paul Cameron (Cinematographers Branch)
  • Patricia Cardoso (Directors Branch)
  • Peter Devlin (Sound Branch)
  • Lynette Howell Taylor (Producers Branch)
  • Larry Karaszewski (Writers Branch)
  • Stephen Rivkin (Film Editors Branch)
  • Dana Stevens (Writers Branch)

Academy CEO Bill Kramer praises the Foundation’s vital role in inspiring filmmakers and preserving global film history. He thanks board members for their leadership and dedication.

Members and officers serve one-year terms. Lynette Howell Taylor, Simon Kilmurry, and Kim Taylor-Coleman also serve one-year terms on the Academy Museum Board of Trustees.
